SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Whilst we are doing all we can to dispatch orders promptly, there may be occasional delays due to the Coronavirus pandemic. If you do not receive a shipping notification within 7 business days, please contact us by emailing catelainestorey@gmail.com.
Royal Mail may be experiencing some disruptions to its service so please allow extra time for your order to arrive with you once it has been dispatched.
Shipping rates and estimates
We dispatch orders by Royal Mail. Standard shipping is £6.00. Additional fees will be added for additional items.
Click and collect
We regret that we do not offer a Click and Collect service. To arrange collection, please email us at catelainestorey@gmail.com to discuss options.
International shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. If you would like an item shipping beyond the UK, please contact us on catelainestorey@gmail.com to discuss your requirements.
Should arrangements be made for international shipping, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cat Storey Illustration will not be responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer to cover any costs.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at catelainestorey@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchange

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at catelainestorey@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
